Some retailers may require a minimum order quantity of at least 1 case (6 - 12 bottles) for special order products while others will allow you to order a single bottle.
Most retailers will ask you to provide your name, contact info, and product info: name of desired product, bottle size, desired quantity. (Our spirits come in a standard 750ml glass bottle). Some retailers will ask for payment at time of order placement and others will charge after order fulfillment.
A store rep should notify you once your order is received.
A special order item is an alcoholic product that the Wyoming Liquor Division doesn’t keep stocked within the state’s local inventory. As such, to receive these items - the state requires that you put in a special order request. If the Wyoming Liquor Division recognizes a demand for our product then eventually - it could be stocked within the state’s local inventory, and may even be available for purchase from the shelves of your local liquor store. Help us achieve this goal by placing a special order request, ideally through a Preferred Retailer.
Each retailer has a unique pricing structure so the markup will be store specific. A store rep should follow up with you to verify pricing before placing the order but be sure to request this if you have any doubt. Fulfillment time will vary depending on store and location but could be up to a few weeks. If the Wyoming Liquor Division recognizes a demand for our product, eventually - it could be stocked locally, reducing turnaround to just a couple of days. Yes! Ask your local retailer to request sample size bottles (50ml ea.) from Dented Brick®, or check with a Preferred Retailer near you. Dented Brick® will provide free samples to Wyoming Retailers who request them. Retailers can order samples by filling out this form.
